Would highly advise AGAINST using this shipper for any of your needs. I have moved many times due to the nature of my job. This was undoubtedly the worst experience I have encountered. In addition to being extremely late (even though they knew I was working against a deadline) my furniture arrived in poor condition. Many items were scratched, chipped and broken. Also, Jim Lester found my son's DVD player in a box after the move was done and never returned it to me as promised. DO NOT USE!!

The shipper chipped off a large corner of the table and scratched up the rest of it see picture http://img201.imageshack.us/my.php?image=pict0214ns3.jpg Also, he did not re-assemble the table as promised. He gave the bolts to a guy local to the delivery area who was drunk when contacted and never did anything. We had to buy new hardware. Also, the shipper's voicemailbox is permanently full so don't expect to get a hold of him. He promised a partial refund but it never happened.

don't ever ever use these thiefs they stole my truck and they won't call me or tell me where it is i have every police department from ohio to california looking for my truck now i'm going to have to drive there and try to find it plus i sent them $800 so don't ever use these thiefs thell be in jail soon anyways when the police get them

my son was put in the Intesive Care Unit in the hospital so i told dave that i would not be able to take the truck, he accepted to have someone else ship it rather than wait till after xmas for me, he sent me $800 for repairs to his truck, all which occured within 24 hours as well as he wanted a trailer hauled with it and had no trailer wiring so i had to pay for that to be done as well, i told him i would not be able to call him in the hospital due to the policy there and he still gets real ups

I had a very awkward piece I had been trying to ship for over 3 months, within minutes of posting the item here I had a bid. Groundeffectz was able to pick up the piece within 24 hours and only 24 hours after that I was able to pick it up here. Jim was very flexible and has been very cooperative in the whole process.
