We work in terms of “quality” rather than “quantity”. None of these are “cheap” to do or to maintain. Please don’t expect us to enter “cheap” bids. Tony K was excellent to work with. He communicated with us very professionally and delivered the chairs and bench in the same shape he received them. Outstanding service. Excellent communication, courteous, and very professional. Smooth transaction. I had a motorcycle delivered to upstate NY (while I was in NYC), Tony handled the transaction as if I was there in person. My mother-in-law had nothing but kind words and high praise for this man. Very pleased and would definitely use Kelly Freight again. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect with this shipment, paper work, schedule, packaging etc. Tony is the best guy you can get out there, he was professional and serious from the very first minute. He keeps you up to date on every single shipment detail. When I have to ship something again I will definitely go with Greyhound.

Tony was terrific. This is all you need to know: He was 100% on-time and then he spent almost half an hour helping me load my shipment AND gave me his own tie down to secure it. You cant ask for more then that.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I made several phone calls & e-mails to get specific shipment information & customer did not supply this information. I even agreed to a rescheduling after finally being able to talk to the customer yesterday. As of today & despite sending yet another information request & phone call this morning, I still have not received the requested information. I have several e-mail delivery receipts to support my position. No objection to this cancellation. My customer service record speaks for itself!!

This is another person who clearly doesn't realize that the cart is supposed to go BEHIND the horse! He assured me that this was a "done deal" except for final payment. I turned down other jobs & money to be able to meet the required pick-up schedule. I got an e-mail telling me that he "wouldn't need my services". After the bike was supposedly ready for transport, the customer e-mailed me to say that he was unable to purchase the bike & would therefore not be in need of transport. This customer seems to be another one who books transport before he even has the bike. I wish people would be more concerned about the service provider's loss of time (as well as the loss of space that could have otherwise been used for a "real" customer.)

After making several e-mail requests (for which I have e-mail delivery receipts) & phone calls, the information requested was not supplied. I even agreed to reschedule after finally getting in touch with the customer & sending yet another info request--that also not replied to! It's very hard to pick something up without knowing where to get it from! Nor do I load without insured values & other shipment info! My excellent customer customer service & punctuality records speak for themselves!
