THE WAREHOUSE
IN NEW JERSEY DOESNT HAVE ALL THE PIECES
NEEDED FOR THE DELVIERY
AND WONT HAVE FOR A LONG TIME
THEY JUST TOLD US THAT
AS OF FRIDAY THESE WERE READY FOR US

Tony's communication was fantastic. I was informed every step of the way. The shipment was well secured during transport and he went the extra mile ensure timely delivery. He was well equipped for loading/unloading heavy items. I would definitely use Greyhound again.

A fairly nice person. However, despite the quality service which Ms. Westerby, by her own admission received, she had to be reminded to pay her bill. Very slow to pay, so I would recommend that any person shipping for this person get their money in advance.

Communication was frequent and clear. He was able to give definite times of pick up and delivery. If any changes were to come about, he made sure you were informed. Dealing with these folks was a very positive experience. They were ready for us at pick-up and at delivery. Even though we were slightly delayed due to ice & fog, resulting in a late night delivery, they had someone waiting for us when we arrived. I would absolutely work with them again.
