If you use Tony Kelly for your shipment you will never want or need any other shipper again. He wrapped everything and kept in contact via cell phone. He used his own custom designed equipment which allowed him to pick up and load a very heavy triple dresser all by himself. Our stuff arrived in perfect condition and on time. Thank you Tony for a job well done!

I notice that the feedback is negative, but with no explanation as to the negativity. The shipment was delivered in excellent condition, and it is not only delivered on time, it was delivered ahead of schedule. I believe that the negative feedback in this case stems from the fact that I had to repeatedly ask for payment (which, as of this date, I still have NOT received) and is a direct response to the negative feedback I left for this shipper. We had an exceptional experience with Mr. Kelly. Unfortunately, there was a mishap on our original date of pick up. However, Mr. Kelly went above and beyond to rectify the situation and make sure that all parties involved were satisfied. Not many people would have gone as far as he did to make sure things were smooth. We are extremely pleased with Mr. Kelly's service, communication, and professionalism throughout. We would highly recommend Mr. Kelly to anyone needing transport services.
