Shipper had great communication, showed up & delivered on time & was very nice & thorough. Unfortunately, the recipient said the chair smells like a cigarette. I was unaware that the shipper smoked & therefore my item would stink upon arrival.

Thank you for your feedback. It was a pleasure to work with you on this. With regard to the issue of cigarette smoke, I don't see how this is possible as (1) the chair was completely wrapped in plastic; and (2) while I do smoke, there is no smoking whatsoever in the cargo bay of my truck due to fire safety concerns.

Kelly Freight services is awesome. This was my first shipping experience, and Mr. Kelley made it a pleasant one. He picked up the bike, and delivered exactly when he said he would, with great communication. He took great care in handling the bike, ensuring no damage during shipping.
