I no longer need my item(s) shipped I am no longer buying the motorcycle due to a price dispute with the seller,therfore I will not need the shipping service from Tony. Response from Greyhound: This is another person who clearly doesn't realize that the cart is supposed to go BEHIND the horse! He assured me that this was a "done deal" except for final payment. I turned down other jobs & money to be able to meet the required pick-up schedule. I got an e-mail telling me that he "wouldn't need my services". I no longer needed the item(s) shipped Response from Greyhound: After the bike was supposedly ready for transport, the customer e-mailed me to say that he was unable to purchase the bike & would therefore not be in need of transport. This customer seems to be another one who books transport before he even has the bike. I wish people would be more concerned about the service provider's loss of time (as well as the loss of space that could have otherwise been used for a "real" customer.)

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time was suppose to pick up items on the 19th or 20th of october,did not pick them up because he said he did not hane one of the addresses and value of items,sent email with details ,even contacted the person by phone Response from Greyhound: After making several e-mail requests (for which I have e-mail delivery receipts) & phone calls, the information requested was not supplied. I even agreed to reschedule after finally getting in touch with the customer & sending yet another info request--that also not replied to! It's very hard to pick something up without knowing where to get it from! Nor do I load without insured values & other shipment info! My excellent customer customer service & punctuality records speak for themselves!

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Seller sold the item out from under me.
Response from Greyhound: Ted is a very nice person. It is a shame that the seller sold the item to someone else after committing the item to him. This is definitely a valid reason for cancellation, as there is no way he could have seen this coming. I would recommend that his deposit be refunded by U-ship. Best of luck to you in the future!! I no longer need my item(s) shipped The cancellation was my fualt due to me entering the wrong weight of the item tony was very understanding Response from Greyhound: The weight error would have resulted in an overload exceeding the legal weight parameters of my vehicle when combined with other shipments, and due to this situation I agree to the cancellation. James is a wonderful guy to work with and I definitely would work with him on something else anytime. Thanks for your understanding and achieving the best possible resolution to this problem. Response from Greyhound: This is a very nice person to deal with and I wish it had all worked out. However I can't ship something that does not need shipped (LOL) and I would still be more than happy to contract with her again. Ms. Bonne, it was a pleasure, even if it didn't all work out. However, I do wish people would be sure of their shipments before booking with the idea that they can cancel at a later time, as too many cancellations can affect a service provider's overall feedback score.
