I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TRANSPORT ANYTIME. PATRICK WAS AWESOME....KEPT IN TOUCH RIGHT ON TIME. I FELT LIKE I ALREADY KNEW HIM. I FELT VERY SAFE WITH MY PUPPY IN HIS HANDS. received bike 3 weeks late do to hitting deer. Shipper kept me well informed of situation but had no back up plan. Bike deliver dirty with damaged do to lack of experience of hauling a real dog and pony show BE WARE if you are moving something of importance.

This is fair feedback. This bike was way too nice to be hauled by an economy shipper. I shouldn't have taken the load. This should have been a several thousand dollar white gloves load, not a $300 cheap delivery. This was a great learning experience for us and I apologize profusely for failing to meet this shippers expectations. We would not make this mistake again.
