I mostly do hauls when I am going somewhere already. I mostly drive the I-5 corridor. I drive a 2015 Ram diesel truck with a choice of several flatbed and enclosed trailers. Ignore logo if you don't have a sense of humor. uShip drivers desire to provide a great value to shippers but some of us are amazed by shippers that want something hauled for next to nothing. If I'm driving an empty truck from LA to Portland and your sofa needs to be picked up and dropped off a block from where I will be at each end I will not haul it for $50; partly because of the extra time to coordinate pick up and drop off. I'd rather run empty. I understand some items are not worth paying a fortune to move. I pray for miracles also but when I really need to move something, I look for a deal, not a miracle!
