We are a family business. We have a late model Chevy One ton,24 box truck And a 2002 Western Star w/ 53 van. We carry 1 million dollars in Commercial Liability and 500k in Cargo insurance certificates available upon request. We never broker any loads & I follow DOT rules and Regs. Shad made it here, he is a tough person to communicate with(phones don't work, no email response, etc.) but he did get it here, a couple of days late, but with no damage.

This scam artist stole my boat and I am working with the police and my atty to sue uship and golden rule transport. Be very careful of uship as the never even bothered to contact me in person.

You told me there was no hurry for the boat. There was a fire in my truck. I emailed you pics & offered a full refund. I even re-listed on uship hoping, to get it to you quicker. The quickest I can get it delivered is May 10th. I am sorry my hands are tied until the my truck is fixed.

No Detailed Feedback Available Shad didnt deliver trailer #1 on time. Even didn't show twice picking up trailer #1. no calls. Finally showed Thur and said he would deliver it Saturday. He disappeared, re-surfaced, disaapeared, excuses, no return calls and finally showed on Tuesday at dealer. I would not allow him to take trailer #2 due to this. Had to call the police to get trailer#1 off his truck. Absolute nightmare. Went through so much mental anguish /pain. Truely awful. All he kept saying was "he was a man of his word".

Failed to make deposit@pickup.After driving 11hrs She demanded I drive 27hrs nonstop to deliver.I explained HOS laws&I could lose my license.I told her I was returning her trailer@no cost.She said deliver it.Shipper never called and when I called I got hung up on.Delivery was to be Monday but the deposit was retracted(paypal)I called police and wrote USHIP.She asked the dealer to remove it from my truck.The DEALER advised me not to unhook until payment was made. SHIPPERS BEWARE get cash upfront

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services No communication from service provider after many attempts to contact them. I have been waiting on the truck for 6 months. Seems like he takes the money and runs. His feedback speaks for the way he is now running his business. I would like to just be reimbursed and find someone else to make this happen. Perhaps Golden Rule should change his name. Good luck and God Bless.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I spoke to the provider on Monday 11-12-07. He agreed to pickup the pallet by Wednesday 11-14-07 and deliver it on the weekend. The pallet was not picked up as of Friday 11-16-07 and after several phone calls I was informed that He would be unable to complete the delivery due to being hospitalized. We mutually agreed to cancel the "match" and allow me to relist the shipment.

I called him and he was already on the road. I apoligized he accepted and we left it at that.
