The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services No communication from service provider after many attempts to contact them. I have been waiting on the truck for 6 months. Seems like he takes the money and runs. His feedback speaks for the way he is now running his business. I would like to just be reimbursed and find someone else to make this happen. Perhaps Golden Rule should change his name. Good luck and God Bless.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I spoke to the provider on Monday 11-12-07. He agreed to pickup the pallet by Wednesday 11-14-07 and deliver it on the weekend. The pallet was not picked up as of Friday 11-16-07 and after several phone calls I was informed that He would be unable to complete the delivery due to being hospitalized. We mutually agreed to cancel the "match" and allow me to relist the shipment. Response from GoldenRuleTransport: My appendix rupture on 11-8, I am very sorry for not making the shipment. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period We had a match. They never answered their phone nor responded to emails. The shipment was supposd to go out today, no show. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I accepted the bid to late, before i read the e mail the service provider sent me saying he was leaving that morning. I called him and he was already on the road. I apoligized he accepted and we left it at that.
