Chris got our Trike to us in a timely manner,even with his truck breaking down. And with gas prices the way they are, he had a very good bid. He was always polite and respectful. A really nice guy.

They picked up my bike in Il. 2 wks ago, was to be in CA last week. Have left over 10 messages and no one has returned my calls? I don't know if my bike has been stolen or what? If anyone has any suggestions as what to do? Thanks

The people are the worst in the world. The shipper ruined my move. Impossible to contact, cell phone never operational, never answered emails. Finally called for pickup 2 days after agreed date. I had moved out of town already! I had to rent a truck and find local storage for the shipment. Shipper promised to return deposit. Never did. I wish I never had any contact with them. Don't make the same mistake.

Price was good. Communcation was NOT good. Will NOT return calls. When he does call he will tell you his tuck broke down. I got my bike in good shape. Made a payment and he said the office had the title and keys (y I dont know) that he will mail them next day. Still Have not gotten those keys or title. He nor his office will not provide me with any info so I have a dispute with uship now. PLEASE DONT USE THIS SHIPPER NOTHING BUT HEADACHES FOR THE PRICE. TOOK SO FAR 3 WEEKS AND STILL NO KEYS.

Overall, I'm very happy with the service provided. The price was great, my dog came home in great condition (and even got to experience snow for the first time!), and I was able to relax knowing that Chris was feeding, walking, and otherwise caring for my dog as if he were his own!
