I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
The Service Provider was inaccessible. My sister-in-law spent two days at home waiting and hoping the Service Provider would show up for pick-up. The Service Provider did not return phone calls. I'm very disappointed; I had hoped for a different outcome.

Chris did a good job (and at a GREAT rate) in loading my stuff out of storage on 5/3 a.m. and got my stuff to me on 5/12 (he could have delivered earlier but I would not have been there - I was out of town) despite the bad weather conditions (tornadoes one after the other). Him and his companion arrived exactly when they said they would and unloaded the truck in no time at all. Thanks for waiting around for me to get organized, I really appreciate it. I would use him again.

The problem appears to be consistant: no communication, unreliable,and does not back up his service. I have had the same problems and lied too. I was told my bike has been picked up and on the way. When I checked back the shipper said it was never picked up, then told me has had a lot of turnover in the last month. I have filed 2 formal complaints with Uship and they have not addressed the situation either. Uship and this shipper are unreliable. This is a scam!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
i'm unable to get any response to my calls or emails. the item has not been picked up and i haven't heard anything as to why. it is past the pick up date. i assume he is not going to honor the bid and i have a limited amount of time to get this thing moved.

I am asking someone in Uship can help me out to get back my 500 usd which was paid in full to this "Service provider" and he has not been in touch since 04/29/08. i need to move my goos as soon as possible but i need to get my money back to start over. thank you in advance - Luis

I will say that the intial price quote was fair & within my budget, but due to the excessive delay in the delivery date & lack of communication, it would've benefited me to pay a little bit more to another shipper to have it delivered on time. I have used UShip for my first truck and had great success.
I would recommend Chris if you had a lot of time to recieve your delivery, he was very polite, but would encourage him to have better communication with his customers on future transports.

Chris did an excellent job moving my wood stove. He called and told me when he picked up the stove and when he would deliver it. Right on schedule. I'd hire him again. Thanks Chris!!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Dear Sirs,
I have contacted the provider regarding a shipment and they only responded one time and have not heard from them since. Tried contacting multiple times by phone with no response. Still need a shipping provider.
This is my second attempt in trying to resolve this issue.

I was very fortunate to have Gostov Trucking step forward and take this job. I had bought a tractor in Florida and needed to get in back to Colo. Chis gave me a reasonable bid and got the job done ahead of schedule. I would recomend him for your hauling needs. Tell him the Tractor Man says, HI.
