The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it At 1:48 pm dispatch spoke with Varian at galactic express this bid was cancelled by management. Our policy is we do not handle any work from another vendor from Uship. We work only for the customers on Uship. The customer care rep was not informed by galactic express they were vendors on the Uship site. Therefore, this bid is forfeited. Rose Spike Management

shipper never fulfilled pledge. disappeared after he said hed pick up items. hes a liar and thief.

Sir How do you call me a thief when I never took anything from you I told you that we lost a truck to an accident and we would not be able to do the delivery but I never picked up anything from you so I never took anything from you no we are not thieves we just had some problems

Would never use, unreliable, left many messages with no courtesy to return calls, never followed through on shipment. Horrible experience.

The provider first of all showed up at 2pm when he was supposed to be there at 11 am. On top of that he had outsourced the job to another company who of course charged me $200 more than he quoted me for. The provider assured me that the job could be done in 4 hours but was done in 8. He then agreed to reimburse to me $200 within 21 business days (in writing) and now two months later has still failed to do so. And had the audacity to list this shipment as complete!

They got the job done with professionalism and worked through some timing issues in a reasonable way. In spite of some slight delays, they kept on top of things and did not me down. If you have flexibility in your shipment, their service is a good value.
