The provider first of all showed up at 2pm when he was supposed to be there at 11 am. On top of that he had outsourced the job to another company who of course charged me $200 more than he quoted me for. The provider assured me that the job could be done in 4 hours but was done in 8. He then agreed to reimburse to me $200 within 21 business days (in writing) and now two months later has still failed to do so. And had the audacity to list this shipment as complete!

They got the job done with professionalism and worked through some timing issues in a reasonable way. In spite of some slight delays, they kept on top of things and did not me down. If you have flexibility in your shipment, their service is a good value.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have talked to the service provider and we were going to schedule a pick up for the week of 9/5 but when I would call him he wouldn't have his schedule and tell me to call at 5 but then i would be stuck in class till a later time at which i would call and get no answer. I called a few times over the weekend and yesterday, monday 9/8, and still haven't received a call back. I said in my last message that if I did not get a call back today I would assume he was no longer shipping my shipment.

After numerous phone calls pick up a date ( 20 days later), and they did not show up or notify me.

It is now 11 am- this shipper arranged to come between 6 and 7 am - I have been waiting with my paid assistant for a truck - after many calls I finally reach the driver who has made the wrong turn and is 30 minutes from here at best. My gallery in New York opened early to receive the early shipment, and now this huge delay...

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I kept calling Galatic to arrange him to pick up my mirror and could never get thru to him. I know that he only makes one trip a month to NY and maybe I missed it.
I have since spoken and arranged a pick-up with another transporter.

It may take time for you to get responses to and from the provider, but my experience was great. We chatted back and forth until we could answer each others questions. They were very patient with me. I would use them again.
