Our “work horse” is a F550 dully with a flat bed and a 2011 24' Enclosed trailer. We are reliable, trustworthy and dedicated to providing the best possible service. We carry cell phones on the road and check our email often, so you always know where we are at all times. I also carry a Commercial Drivers License if needed for larger moves. No Detailed Feedback Available I would use this service again in a heart beat ,on time ,very helpful with attempt with starting my bike after the battery failed on my motorcycle . The motorcycle was delivered the way it was recieved ! The driver & partner was patient in no hurry to leave after removing bike from trailer ....no damages or inconviences thanks for the great service and good helping hand with getting my bike started .

GTrans did a great job picking up the m/c on-time in Huntsville, AL (seller) and delivering on-time to me, the buyer, in Dallas, TX. Emails were answered in a resonable period of time; they called us both several times to coordinate, and they communicated well with both of us so that we both knew when to expect them and status in transit at both locations. Bike arrived safely and in same condition as packaged. I would use GTrans again.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the service provider, Gtrans, has cancelled my shipment and they are not providing an alternative or later shipping date. They will only refund 90% of the money and give me 10% credit for the rest to be used within a year with their company only. Gtrans has not offered to contact the pickup site to explain to them what happened. This is all their mistake and i want an immediate refund.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Hi There I called the receiving party this morning to give them your pickup/delivery dates. Unfortunately, they have had a "personal" issue arise that may now not allow them to purchase this car. We received their check payment in the mail however, it has not yet cleared the bank. They're telling me the funds are being canceled. Until I have confirmed one way or another, I need to cancel this shipment. If it comes through, I'll contact you to re-book. Thanks! Anna

But the shipping provider said "he forgot" about it. When they appeared for pick up they physically could not fit the bike.
