The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider was unable to fit the scooter in his truck. I sent the dimensions as 8' X 50" and the actual dimensions (with tail pipe) are 8'6" X 52". That difference in size was a problem.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I had requested an oversize tank to be shipped, it was to large and Nick had done his best to accommadate my needs for this shipment, after understanding the issues with oversize loads I have purchased a smaller tank and have listed online with UShip for my shipping to Florida. I still hope that Nick can accommadate my future shipping needs and will be able to ship this smaller tank to me. He was very courteous in everyway and always answered my telephone calls, which other shippers did not do.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Unfortunately the spa was not ready to be picked up when the shipper was ready to pick it up. I could not get the seller to prepare the hot tub for shipment in time to get it on the shipper's truck.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I cancelled a prior shipper who picked up the car anyway. This Uship shipper didnt get back to me for a couple days but I let him know as soon as I did. Holy moly do I wish he would have been my shipper. It was a problem with Alpine Automotive. I cancelled my order with them after they hadnt picked up the car after 30 days and started an auction with you. I would appreciate a full refund as I was not at fault and I want to assure you that the Uship shipper was not at fault either. I am cur
