I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period.
This was suppose to be handled a LONG time ago, and I still have not heard anything after several notices were submitted. I was suppose to receive a credit back to my debit card. I need a response to know SOMEONE is actually seeing these submissions, and that something will be done to rectify this request. Thanks!
