The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper states he would pick my hood up 12 days after booking 2 weeks later it was still not picked up. This caised alot of frustration for the person waiting for the shipper. On day 12 he spent all day waiting around thinking they would follow there own 12 day policy. No call no show called the nect day they were many states away with no eta. A week went by same situation. poor comunication. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I accepted the bid/contracted with the service provider on 5/11/2012. It is now 6/6/2012 and I have not heard back from this service provider once, *despite having sent multiple urgent emails to the service provider, and having left my email and cell phone-number with the service provider.*
At this point, I would like either:

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I need to work in a very specific time frame and would feel more comfortable using a regular moving service. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After several attempts to contact the sevice provider I have not received any calls back. The service provider was supposed to pick up items by 2/3/12 but has not picked up items or called me back to give a reason why.

Gohard never showed up and when I had emailed them they said they would arrive friday. They never arrived so i called them 3 times with no answer and sent an email and have not recived a reply. I no longer need my item(s) shipped I have called and emailed the provider in the last week, but have not heard back at all to arrange details. I'm moving Thursday.
