They did a great job. Were very responsive. Not only did they deliver my dresser in perfect condition, but they also offered to bring it upstairs to the room I wanted it to be in! Items delivered within dilivery date threshold and called the day prior to mmake sure we were good for delivery. They called two hours out with a delivery time and met their delivery time. You can take Martinez at his word. Items received with no damage and met my needs and finances. I would not hesitate to use GO Hard Transport services in the future and look forward to my next shipment being delivered by them. Thanks Martinez for a job well done.

No Detailed Feedback Available Shipper wrapped and packaged the piece very well but the communication (at times none) was poor and the severe delay in delivery made the experience neutral. The shipper did recognize and acknowledge these issues.

this is not true , we were no late on this shipment , its always the people who have you do more then the next person who complains , i cant answer the phone 3 times a day just to say where i am , i do my job and i almost work around the clock , but people like this feel like when they hire you they are entitled , we go above and beyond , why didnt you put how we took care of your items more or how your wife had us change your entire house around , should be thanking us but never satisfied peopl

A very good experience working with U-Ship. The bids were affordable and the service providers responsive. Go Hard Transports got the job done. They did end up coming to pick up our shipment in the middle of the night and also drop it off at its destination after hours, but that worked fine for us. Our shipment arrived in good shape. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper states he would pick my hood up 12 days after booking 2 weeks later it was still not picked up. This caised alot of frustration for the person waiting for the shipper. On day 12 he spent all day waiting around thinking they would follow there own 12 day policy. No call no show called the nect day they were many states away with no eta. A week went by same situation. poor comunication.
