The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The shipper confirmed by phone the trailer was 100% legal. Upon arriving there was no license plate on the trailer. I called the shipper who then informed me that it was my problem. I told him it was illegal to haul without a plate at which time he stated he was a retired police officer and that it wouldn't matter if I shipped it without a plate. I then tried finding a way to get a plate and was unable so I was forced to decline the load.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider was not able to pick up at agreed upon time. Shipment was not picked up. Response from GFI: Unfortunately the shipper was not available during our window of pickup. MANY other loads being on time were dependant on a timely pickup of these small items. We tried very hard to accomodate this but just were not able to get it done.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the sofa is bigger than stated and will not fit in the truck Response from GFI: We were told this was 7 ft long. When we arrived at the pickup location at considerable expense to US, we find it was over 11 ft long..which would not fit in our truck.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper only completed half the shipment and did not pick up the two remaining units. Response from GFI: droiki is a damn liar! I showed up for the first two trailers and was required to wait over 8 hours to get them, since, guess what..He had not paid for them yet! We waited since we had two drivers with two trucks a long way from home. BEFORE we went back for the other two a few days later, we called the auction house and sure enough he had NOT PAID for them yet either. I emailed Drew and told him we could not drive down there until he had paid them. Several calls later he still had not paid.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved i bid to p/u sat17th / sun18th and the boatyard is not open on weekends. could not wait till mon. Response from GFI: If service provider had contacted me regarding the pickup we likely could have convinced them to open up to get the boat...instead i heard nothing for several days , then a message stating it was not open and he would get it next week. I immediately let him know that would be fine even though it would mean more storage charges for me. A few days later I get a message stating he cant get it at all.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I tried calling several time over the past four days leaving messages and also sending emails. As of now I have had no contact at all from the provider. I must now relist and get this truck picked up. Response from GFI: Truck was scheduled to be moved AFTER my 5 day vacation! When I returned from vacation I found out he had been calling while I was gone. Two days before pickup was scheduled shipper had the match cancelled since he couldnt contact me while I was on vacation. Sorry it didn't work out.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I could not pick up boat from storage because of storage fees & it will be another week or two before i'm back in that area. Response from GFI: There were no storage fees and had the hauler contacted me about it, it would have been resolved. He never went to pickup location, he only called them.
