I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have tried to call this provider more than 15 times, all i get is emails, asking for payment . I asked for a phone call to comfirm and clarify some issues. I have been calling him since he accepted the bid but all i get is emails. I gave him my credit card information via email, after asking him to call me and i did not hear from him.
