There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipping charges were increased too much because the item must be cráted for safety reasons and i dont have the money to complete the deal. This shipper is a great person to deal with and really helpful unfortunatelly we cant do business at this time.

My service provider (FreightAve) has informed me that his shipping companies cannot accomodate my shipping request because the item must be palletized. The service provider was very helpful to me and suggested that I should find a shipping company that can ship the item without palletizing. I mentioned to him that I would do that, but if I could not find a shipping company that could accomodate me, I would have the item palletized (somehow!) and have him do the shi

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment shipper called manufacturer and questioned if the unit was on a skid, they were told no, unit is on wheels as it is represented in the ad for the bid. truck driver arrived and said that he would not haul that piece of equipment regardless of it being on a skid or not. after that they would not answer their phone on friday and as of 4:30 pm on monday they have not contacted me as requested. please cancel this shipment and refund my money ASAP,i want to relist this shipment. Response from FreightAve: The unit has to be crated to avoid any damaged during the shipping.

Response from FreightAve: The list was 1 unit, but the real number of units was 10, I did advised the customer to listed again as 10 units

Then wanted to see if I could do it without a liftgate after I said several time liftgate is necessary. Shipper is a joke. Response from FreightAve: ONLY 1 time, and the other times I was looking for a truck with a lift gate service, and I did find a truck, but the customer needs the pick up to be between 9.00AM to 12.00 Noon which we can do it
