Due to mechanical breakdown and other arrangements to coordinate picking up a boat, my delivery was delayed 10 days past my late delivery request.
Communication from the dealer in OKC and myself was excellent but communication from "Freedom" was not good. Was told they were out of range or the cell phone was not charged.
Left me hanging as to the where abouts of my BMW Motorcycle!
Didn't use rubber coated hooks on the tie-downs........................

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
After choosing their bid on Uship, the carrier wanted to collect another deposit, in addition to the uship deposit already made. After discussing this with one of the countries largest shipper they stated "one should never have to pay this up front", therefore I no longer feel comfortable with the carrier.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The service provider agreed to a specific time to pick this shipment up long in adnave..understanding the critical nature of its timely pick up, he never showed up, could not be contacted by telephone or email and would not return messages.

Response from FreedomTransport: we showed up 45min late but wasnt the reason why the bike was unable to be picked up, person at pickup wouldnt release it due to miscomm by shipper as to the type of equipment that i was going to use so he wouldnt let me take it
