A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Told Matt that I had customers I was trying to get truck shipped for. We were to talk the following Monday to determine if it would be shipped within the next week. Called both #'s and emailed all day. No response. Leave work in 30 min and have to fly out at 6am. Couldn't risk missing my opportunity to get the truck here on time. I had very tight schedule, so I understand. Matt seems professional, my only problem was the inability to reach an actual person directly.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have emailed and phoned the provider. They have not responded and i am inccuring daily storage fees.

Response from FreedomTransport: The problem with pick up and delivery was only because this shipment was listed to pick up in Kansas and deliver in Kansas but it actually picked up in California and delivered in Kansas.

Response from FreedomTransport: customer accepted bid and i picked up their vehicle then had no contact from customer for 2 months and was left holding on to their truck so when they finally came around i charged them storage wich she thought was unfair and i shouldnt have done because she was supposedly in jail.(i run a business not a day care sorry)

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
He never showed up,kept saying he was coming .I would miss work ,stay home, change my weekly plans,all because he would say he'd be comming.it has been four months,now and I just cant wait any more........how do I go about getting my deposit back.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
I accepted the service provider's bid on October 23, 2007. The service provider committed to picking the boat and trailer up on the weekend of October the 27th and to deliver it the following week. The Service provide has numerous problems with his trucks in which he said prevented him from picking the boat up on the agreed timeframe. Communication was poor in the beginning and only after I said I needed to cancel the shipment so another provider could assist me did he start responding prompt
