Super Shipper!!! Bike arrived in a very nice enclosed trailer, completely covered in soft blankets. Owner/driver was in CONSTANT communication as to any stops and also delivered just as intended..If I have to ship a bike ANYWHERE on the EAST COAST, she's my go-to girl from now on..

Brenda is very professional. The person who sold it told me he was very impressed when she picked it up. She took pictures, tied it down, blankets, etc. When she delivered to me, I was equally impressed. Very fair pricing, very professional and secure service! Very happy!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Bid details said nothing about insurance being additional or the terms of that insurance. I only found this information when I viewed their Profile, after I had received two contracts to sign, one giving them first refusal to buy the bike if it was damaged. Bid said nothing about requiring to sign additional contracts over and above the UShip terms.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I was not comfortable with the provider not having insurance coverage for the motorcycle that was being shipped. Originally I had made the wrong assumption that all service providers would carry their own insurance coverage.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Coopart was charging $20.00 per day of storage fee and we had to wait to much time for the delivery

4x4 was not listed as copart. Shipper was from out of country, and did not know of copart fees, which started 5 days before listing. I did inform shipper of fees, when determined they would be over 10 days. he needed to move ASAP. Good Luck with Business. Brenda FBT T-2

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This was my error - I didn't know the specific dimensions of the trailer that the item was on. Brenda was more than on top of things, and I regret that she wasn't able to do the shipment.
