Delivery and pickup was done Okay however the communication was very poor sending the same mail out for confirmation of an available pickup vehicle, confirmation of Pickup and Delivery. they told me each time the vehicle had been despatch via an automated mail.

Vehicle damaged - almost 2 years latter....we did not get reimbursed for damages, because nobody at the transport company cares....

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The bid required that we set a mutual pick up date BEFORE the customer accepts. When customers accept bids without doing that, we are forced to rely on the schedules of our network carriers. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time carrier never pick up my car on the date and time requested which was on 5/9, i have emailed the carrier numerous times and i have not gotten a response back, called left a message it is very hard to contact this carrier. also because my car is still on the lot i am now paying $200 extra of lot fee. it has been more then five days and there is no update on my shipment. i would like to have another carrier ship my car

I responded several times to their answering service with no returned calls. I also tried by email they had listed. It's obvious the company could not schedule this and didn't have the courtesy to let me know. Terrible business practices. I expect 100% refund not a credit.
