The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time carrier never pick up my car on the date and time requested which was on 5/9, i have emailed the carrier numerous times and i have not gotten a response back, called left a message it is very hard to contact this carrier. also because my car is still on the lot i am now paying $200 extra of lot fee. it has been more then five days and there is no update on my shipment. i would like to have another carrier ship my car

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I didn't see the email from uship saying that pending review meant that his company was under investigation. I made several attempts to franks transport company and noone responded so is like to cancel and book with another company please. Thanks for your understanding:)

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The shipper is not telling the truth. I responded several times to their answering service with no returned calls. I also tried by email they had listed. It's obvious the company could not schedule this and didn't have the courtesy to let me know. Terrible business practices. I expect 100% refund not a credit.
