Rating: Cancellation Left by: TransproUSALogistics (102 ) On: 6/17/2009 For: BBQ SMOKER	I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment Unfortunately I can not accommodate this shipment for service rate as quoted due to error in placing the bid amount ... rate should have been $724.00 instead of the transposed number amount of $274.00 which was a mistake on my part ... carrier will not accept shipment for rate as quoted ... my humble mistake.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: TransproUSALogistics (102 ) On: 6/17/2009 For: BBQ SMOKER	The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I purchased this item in large part due to this uship bid. This bid was on the table for several days. In fact they made several bids, and cancelled all but this one. To triple the bid on the basis of a "typo" does me a big diss-service. Bait and switch? The shipper admits that they made a mistake, yet offers no compensation or compromise. I propose "splitting the difference" as an appropriate resolution. $500 total. The shipper simply must share some of the responsibility for their mistake. Response from TransproUSALogistics: Broker hereby agrees to customer’s compromise offer of $500 as means to minimize negative offset to both parties from the acceptance of submitted bid with an inadvertent typo error. Not withstanding the rate error, excellent customer and understanding person to communicate with being one who expects nothing but the same caliber of service in good faith as he in turn would give to any one of his customers.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: orbitrongold (14 ) On: 2/22/2008 For: ASV RC-60 plan B	After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider This provider doesn't seem to know what to do about getting the right contract out or anything. They sent me a contract saying that I would guarantee them at least one shipment a week. This is a one time shipment. Communications are very iffy. I do not trust this situation. I did a credit check on them, they have only been in business, or at least this business less than a month. Response from orbitrongold: the problem with most shipper is that they will never tell you that they are paying storage at pick up location.this puts pressure on them and they want to transfer the pressure on us,we dont mind,but,they should be fair when it comes to timing.the shipper, Alex,was hasty.
