Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services

The most accurate description would be fraud. However, this was the only drop down choice available via USip website, "Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services." They secured a deposit and then provided no services. They didn't return calls, email, or certified mail. They are thieves that I am in the process of suing.

speed1313 was awesome! I was in a jam after losing a deposit to another shipper and was out of storage options when Jimmy bailed me out! He was able to give me an awesome deal on a short haul to a storage facility that a buddy could check in on until I could get the long haul set to CA. He was able to make the haul on one day notice. You can't get better serice or price! Thanks Jimmy and your crew.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider received deposit ($916.00)and never picked up boat; never returned emails after deposit; never returned calls after deposit; refused to pick up certified mail sent to business notifying of impending law suit; had phone disconnected. I have emailed over 7 times; called 15 times; sent 2 certified letters and will file a claim with the court this coming week. The service provider is a criminal who stole my money (deposit); DOT liscense # is expired and cannot legally hau
