I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The original pick up did not work out as planned because of an unexpected equipment failure. However, I have not been able to make contact with the company since then to make other arrangements.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The service provider stated in their did that between 01 11 12 and 12 11 12 my bike would b picked up with delivery 5 days later. I have left several phone messages as well as email. Uship customer support also sent them a email on my behalf. Still no response. I have been patient and need my bike to get to its destination. I booked in good faith and am unfairly being put into a verry difficult position Response from Firemike404: We also tried communicating with no response. We then get an email calling my wife a C..T and other choice words. Vince should learn to check his spam folder. However when we replied sternly back he kept the insults, derogatory language and disgraceful emails coming. We suggest all shipping companies to beware of this guy. I would not recommend doing business with him or shipping his bike South. He needs a lesson on how to speak to people properly. Treat and speak to ppl as you would want to be!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After a truck malfunction (warrantied by their dealership) and lenghty communication via email back and forth for 2 months, this shipping company has not managed to accomodate the shipping of my motorbike. I have repeatedly told them my time consstraints and although they offer some resolutions to this drawn out process, the resolutions have not been fulfilled either. I would like my deposit back as I will now have to deliver this bike myself or repost it in hopes of finding a company that can

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment As provider was coming for the pickup on the 15th of Oct,. she hit a deer on the night of the 14th.
The truck was disabled and won`t be ready for use until the 1st of Nov. I had e-mailed her company twice and called by phone once to see what the status of the shipment was. I finally got an answer from her via e-mail in which she stated she couldn`t meet the delivery date and I should re-list, so I mailed her back that I was going to cancel the transaction.
Could you please complete this cance Response from Firemike404: Our sincerest apologies, We would love to accomodate this however our truck will not be ready in time. We hope that at a future date we can make this up to Greg who was superb.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider agreed to pick up my motorcycle in San Diego the day after Memorial day. My friend took the day off to meet him and get the bike loaded. He never showed up or called or attempted to contact me. I have left numerous email and phone messages trying to get in touch with him and have had NO response.
