We are new to USHIP.com, but not new to the world of fine art and antiquities transportation. Please realize that our lack of feedback is due to our recently becoming a part of USHIP.com. Fine Arts Transport provides expert art handling services for museums, galleries, and private collectors. We offer crating and packing, shipping and transportation, installation, climate storage, and exhibition fabrication. Our drivers are specially trained in the handling of fine art and antiquities. Each of our specially designed trucks is fully equiped with over 150 furniture pads/blankets, ratchet straps, dollies, bubble wrap, hand trucks and more to guarantee your cargo is handlled with the utmost care. We are capable of transporting rare and exotic automobiles in our enclosed trailers which are pulled behind out unique air-ride Freightliner trucks. We can assist in coordinating your relocation. We can also handle small to large household moves as well.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Seth from fine arts transport has not delivered my items. It has been over 2 months. I am aware that he is being indicted for fraud. Anyone who is involved in this scam can contact me at misskila@gmail.com

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider As you will note on the Fine Arts Transport webpage (on USHIP), there were a raft of customers like myself that were stuck by Fine Arts Transport. Essentially, he (Seth) took our money and then vanished.... Three weeks later he said the "truck was coming", but it didn't.... I had to hire another company to get my stuff to New York... more than five weeks later than I was promised by Fine Arts Transport.

What a horrible experience! The still have some of my belongings, so of which are not replacable. No manifest, what I did receive came in two shipments made by a day contracted driver, who did his best to fix Fine Art's Mistakes. Now the indictment! SHIPMENT NOT COMPLETED!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Not able to contact Seth since 2 wks. 8/12 is supposed to be a pick up date but no further contact on time of pick up. All phone no's are busy with the voicemail full. Already paid $ 750 to them which i will now have to get back from them

FineArtsTransport was being operated by Gary Seth Koppelman. He went by the name "Seth" in all his dealings with customers. I no longer need my item(s) shipped Transporter never picked up - noticed I was not gthe only one he stood up. Have now found another way to get my item to LA. Thanks anyway. My understanding is that there will be no charge of approximately $53+ on my credit card.

I had two small pieces to ship across the country and Fine Arts came through with a very reasonable bid. They picked up my pieces very quickly in May. They had told me two to three weeks and ten weeks later the two pieces were finally delivered in San Diego. It was a frustrating experience because I would ask about the furniture each week and each week I was told it was on its way. I would have appreciated knowing an exact date instead of weekly misinformation and worry.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period We tried to communicate many times with Seth at Fine Arts Transport, by email, office and cell phone numbers. Responses were slow and vague if they came at all. Our shipment had not even left the departure point by the delivery date we had been given. We had to discover this for ourselves as Seth did not communicate with us at all between pick-up date and deliver date to let us know there was a problem. We are requesting a refund of the full payment we made, as we had to hire another shipper.

This company is the the worst company in the world. I relocated from Las Vegas to New York and was promised 7 - 10 business day turnaround after pick up. 1. Pick up date was 2 days late 2. They had high turn over wih drivers 3. Horrible communication skills 4. Still haven't received ANY confirmation of delivery date and I am now breaching one month. My representative Seth didn't return any of my calls and once shipment was delayed he avoided calls all together. I would avoid using them!

Finally, once the client did respond via email, we were already at the federal Gross Vehicle Capacity. Response from gruppus: It was quite contrary-I kept calling the driver when he didn't show up as he said he would.I emailed Seth at Fine Arts who had given me the drivers number. Seth emailed that Anthony had to come before he set out for the west coast. That was the last I heard from Seth despite numerous other emails and calls. When I called Anthony's phone, it went into a mode that said the person on the other end could not be reach at this time. I have called the number and it works again-still no response.

However, we did pick-up on the dates requested and delivered within the delivery window promised. We had a slight cut and paste issue on a work order and we apologize. Most businesses have a fax#, office line and cell# for a contact person. So, YES we are guilty of having 3 phone#'s. That is so funny to actually complain about. I find it a shame that this commands "NEGATIVE FEEDBACK"
