The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time This has cost me $300 out of pocket; first rescheduling because of a funeral. However, they have 3 trucks and trailers; then mechanical problems; will leave the comments at that but please make sure I get a full refund of my deposit. I am sure I will get the shame on me response but I could say more; U-Ship with this provider has been negative and costly for me. Please let me know how I can get my refund.
