Very good experience. They listened to our special requests regarding scheduling, handled the bike very carefully, delivered on time. No worries. Great to talk to on the phone. Will definitely call again when I need to ship my motorcycle.

You need to provide your own pallet for a snowmobile and plan to forklift it onto the truck & off at delivery site. They can roll motorcycles into the trailers, so I was a bit of a challenge for them on an 11-foot snowmobile. Smooth transaction. Good communication. I would use FederalMotorcycles & uship again.

The tracking system is very slow to update but overall the shipment of my bike was perfect. Great communications from the trucking company for pickup and delivery. Would highly recommend and will use again when I am ready to ship my bike back out east. The shipment was faster then originally scheduled. Thanks

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Julie was very nice, however our company policy will not allow us to remit payment until shipments are delivered. We also need to inspect the motorcycle to make sure no damage was done during transport prior to remitting payment. Unfortunately their company policy will not allow them to deliver goods without receiving payment prior to delivery.
