I had to hunt them down to get my bike, which they had abandoned at a crating facility. They evaded and avoided me for weeks. DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My motorcycle was stolen before the shipping date. Federal Motorcycles was understanding and even explained the process of canceling a shipment to me. I would use this company again to ship my motorcycle if needed
