I had cancelled the shipment not due to reliability or anything. If anything they are overly cautious, and have excellent customer service.

The men that picked up my bike and the one that delivered it were very helpful and explained their business well. When the bike got to the destination, a week prior to my arrival, everyone was very helpful and nice about holding the bike and delivering after my arrival. Overall, a great experience and my bike arrived in great condition. NO PROBLEMS. Thanks!

If the bike will not roll onto the lift gate of our trucks, the customer will need to have it loaded from a dock where a fork lift is available. The customer did not have a place where we could pick this up from that provided this service.
