The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it SHIPPER KEPT CHANGING DATES FOR P/U-del! HIS EMAIL: From:Jimmy Ma-(Ma-@oce-ing.com) Sent: Thu 8/20/09 9:32 PM To: Dale R.(dalewr99@)Evening Capt Dale, Probably a week either side of the 1st of September(Sep 8)as the boat is still at the shop. THAT SAID, ALL OF A SUDDEN HE WANTED THE BOAT PICKED UP 4 DAYS EARLIER ON THE 4TH. AS BUSY PROFES-SIONALS, WE CANNOT OPERATE IN THAT MANNER. HE WAS VERY "FLAKY". HE GAVE US A DATE, THEN SUDDENLY DEMANDED DIFFERENT TERMS OF OUR CONTRACT!! SORRY-NO EXCUSE!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The shipper asked for a wider window than the date that he original accepted. I changed my schedule to provide a wider window of shipment, but never recieved a firm date for services. When pressed for an answer I was told I would have an answer in 48 hours. Which did not happen. Four days prior to the agreed upon original date, I pressed the shipper again for a firm date. At this point he offered to transfer the shipment to a sister business, but this business was also not able to make the expan
