A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I would like to receive funds back into my bank and released from your service4s or released to the shipping companies. Other than what is owed them. They told me half. Is there another way that I can retain these funds and used them from andother shipping company. That would be better. I plan on using another shippeing carrier on your site.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time 1- Tom did not answer my emails till I sent complain to u ship Ref.#{288643}?
2- he did not show up at the time for picking up (no email no calls)
3- he is refusing to give or commit to another pick up date Response from FastFreight4U: Untrue! Responded to each email sent in a timely manner. I did show up at point of origin to find out that the bike was in another location. Nothing about this shipment was above board.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider called at 9:00pm on 12/20/2012, stating that he accepted the bid, and would pick up the car in about 16hrs. When I called him this morning to get things coordinated, he said he didn't read the description section as to the restrictions of delivery time frame and didn't notice that the car wasn't running. it was his oversight, and I should not be penalized or charged for that.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Original shipper from 2 weeks ago , finally showed up after no call no show and not able to contact. shipper showed up after I booked load on uship 1 hour later. Called up uship shipper and tom brown to explain situation, not happy ( it was only an hour after I booked) the reason for my anxity was the fact I,m leaving friday nite on a plane. No one will be here . that is my story I appoligize for surecomstances and will use uship only for now on.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After accepting the bid,the service provider contacted me directly on the phone.I informed him on the location requirements which entailed a regular security clearance.He called the facility himself and found out the same thing.He then called me and was insisting on adding more money arguing that because it was a govt facility they will keep him long.But on calling back the facility myself,they clarified to me that it was just a walk in and load after undergoing a brief security check. When I t Response from FastFreight4U: Customer shopped price. He did not read Terms and Conditions. He did not disclose that this was a high security Gov't facility. Our terms state clearly we charge an additional 200.00 for this type of transport. He also did not disclose that the facility was closed on Fridays. A half hour prior to arrival on Friday he called and asked if I was picking up. So, he obviously did not know himself that the facility was closed. Making his above statement false. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I spoke with the provider and told him that the pick up should be Monday thru Friday. He didn't show up at all on Monday and Tuesday. Now he is telling me that he can't do it. I need to find someone else Response from FastFreight4U: Reality Check....I accepted bid and said I would pick up on Saturday per my Bid details. Then found out after I was within 10 miles that you did not even own the property. I made no further promises to pick up as I left the area Saturday with no plans to return in the near future. This shipper hit the #1 spot for scam artists on uShip in my book after 300+ shipments.
