The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider informed me after I scheduled the shipment and paid that he would not be able to ship on the dates outlined in my bid. I need to receive the full amount of my money back so that I can pursue other shipping options. Since the shipper knowingly bid on my shipment knowing he couldn't fulfill the timeline, I don't feel that any part of my payment should be withheld. I acted in good faith, and paid promptly. I do nto want to tuse U-ship again, as this is the second time I have Response from FarmersTransporting: The Shipper did not bother to look at the bid dates before accepting our bid! He want's the bike much sooner and does not understand that cross country motorcycle shipping does not take place in under 10 days!

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I was planning on moving to California which is the reason for shipping my motorcycle there, but life changes fast, and I will no longer be making the move. Eric at Farmer's Transporting is a real stand up guy and I would definitely recommend using him in the future!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The motorcycle dealer is closed on Sundays and Mondays and even if at the beginning the provider said he was going to be able to get there on Saturday, he notified me at a later time he was not going to.
I asked the dealer if they could get somebody at the store on Sunday to give the bike to the provider, but they said it was not possible. Response from FarmersTransporting: The buyer did not bother to check with the motorcycle shop to see what their hours were before booking the shipment!!!! The shop was closed on Sunday & Monday my bid was for drop off Saturday - Sunday and I told him I would try to get there by Saturday. Unfortunately it not work out!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider could not pick up my motorcycle due to hurricane and could not return for over a month. Response from FarmersTransporting: Hi Grant, thank you for being VERY understanding with the circumstances involving the hurricane, please let us know if you do not find shipping before the time we discussed and we will gladly pick your bike up in better weather conditions. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider contacted me the day before pick up was scheduled and canceled because of bad weather. I now have to begin searching for a shipper all over again. I am not very impressed with this shipper or Uship. Uship seems to make it as difficult as possible to get this bad shipment canceled. Response from FarmersTransporting: REALLY, I called this guys two days ahead of time to warn him of the IMPENDING DANGER of the largest storm in history on the east coast! This Ass was directly over the eye of the hurricane and thought we would have NO problem grabbing his bike! Sorry I am not going to endanger my life and fellow vets over STUPIDITY!!!!!!!! I offered to pick up bike at a later time and HE DECLINED!!!!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This is totally unacceptable. What it amounts to is a repudiation of the contract by the service provider because his own circumstances, unrelated to my shipment, have caused him to reconsider the economics of providing the service. I have made arrangements around facilitating this shipment and the reason for cancelling is little more than arbitrary. I will accept the repudiation of the contract and require a full refund of all money taken from me by Uship. Uship is also in breach of contract Response from FarmersTransporting: Things happen in life and if your still not able to negotiate through life's ups and downs your not going to have a very happy life or long one either! Circumstances arose that made it unrealistic to ship your bike, GET OVER IT!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Response from FarmersTransporting: Darron is a great guy to work with, he answered all of my emails and phone calls quickly. Unfortunately the seller of the bike he purchased was a real flake and would not return any of his or mine phone calls, emails or texts! This made it impossible to coordinate shipping for his bike!
