The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
I booked with the shipper 7 weeks in advance. They assured me they could accommodate my move and that since I booked so far in advance, I would get first priority regardless of other jobs taken.
I continually had to get in contact with them regarding the details and planning, they never answered phone calls only contact thru emails.
I got in touch with them again a few days ago. And today, 9 days before the move, they say they cannot do it.

Provider did not pick up the shipment on the agreed date. They did say that they were having truck problems adn would let us know when they are fixed. No contact has been made with us from Kristi-no e-mails or phone calls. They cashed my check and have not done anything. The only thing I want is my money back. This company is not to be trusted-bottom line.

Family First movers is the most unreliable, slow, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. My shipment as 2 weeks late, many of my important items were lost and the items I did receive were damaged. To make matters worse one of the company’s owners – Kristi never returns phone calls, especially when there’s a problem. When the driver finally arrived at the delivery destination he unloaded all my belongings on the street at 4am on a Sunday morning and then got back in his truck

Response from FamilyFirstMoving: The reason your shipment was late by 4 days was because you refused and still have not paid. My driver finally had to un-load you without payment and still has a balance due on this account, he got back in his truck after you refused again to pay balance. Everything picked up was delivered in the same condition and the inventory signed off on. It wasn't untill we mentioned lawsuit that things came up missing. They were courteous and professional. Everything went smooth. They Did exactly what was required and then more. Communication was excellent, And they were fast. I will be happy to call on them again when the time is needed.

Overall my move was a great experience. There were a few issues but I believe that is the case with any move. Not one thing broken or damaged in any way. Communication throughout the move was great. I would definitely use Family First again.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Family First scheduled to come out twice to view the shipment and both times they did not show up or call. The 1st day missed I called that night and was given excuses...the 2nd day they were a "no show". I called and left messages and no calls have been returned. Seem very friendly and professional on the phone, but actions speak louder than words. I need a DEPENDABLE mover!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
Communication with this service provider has been a nightmare from the beginning. When you try to reach them their phone mailbox is full. When you send an email message, no one returns the message. The shipment was supposed to be picked up on June 1 in the morning, with a call the night before to confirm. No one called. By late afternoon on June 1, I tried to call the Service Provider, no luck, mailbox still full and no answer on their home phone. I finally reached Shawn at his work site a
