The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipper contacted us and said they could pick up the shipment within a week, with delivery in 3 to 5 days. They asked for a $350 credit card deposit, which we gave. They promised to email us the details, which we never received. Several attempts were made to contact the phone number listed in this shipper's uShip ad, but the phone number was "not in service." Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time Shippers number listed is a none working number. No follow up after bid accepted, very unreliable shipper. Response from FalconLCV: We have tried repeatedly to communicate with this customer but they are rude and have not even given us 24 hours. they accepted the bid 1147 eastern time and by 7 45 the same morning they were threatening to cancell, therefore we requested the cancellation for them.
