No Detailed Feedback Available Freight Damaged, Purchased “insurance” for $70 from them and they claimed they didn’t do the damage. They transported two plasma TV’s on their sides. Refused any type of resolution. They are still in possession of one of the TV’s, with a civil case pending.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer SET UP PICKUP , PICKUP LOCATION HAD NO ONE THERE , PARTY THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE THERE SHOUTED SWEAR WORDS AT DRIVER AND DISPATCHER AND DRIVER FELT UNCOMFORTABLE IN HOSTILE AREA SHIPPER WANTED US TO GO INTO GARAGE THAT WAS LOCKED.

Did not show up at the scheduled time,unreliable, don't answer pick up calls, decided to turn up at a ghost address and then later to make a flimsy excuss of not being comfortable. An atmosphere of tension created by the driver & dispatcher.

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer needed the item(s) shipped I was phoned by the seller of the item and he was disappointed that they looked at it and could not pick up as planned. I phoned and as usual could only leave a message. We phoned back and they didn't notice the size and how pristine it was. They felt they could handle it at the end of June but called it an escalade and they would be going east. I called and called and finally changed carrier with another Uship please Western Union the $81.75 and $350 downpayment to me . thanks John

We wanted your item not to be too close to anything in the trailer. We felt since you put that we had till June 30th to get it to you that we would pick it up next trip through and still get it to you in your time frame Instead you hurried and got a cheaper shipper and went with them. So it was not that we couldnt do the shipment you just wouldnt let us do it in the time frame you gave us, and also went with someone cheaper to get out of paying for it.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service Provider won the bidding by agreeing to pick up and deliver my boat within a given 2 week time period. I have a hard deadline for delivery of 11-May-07. The shipping provider notified me on 8-May-07 that they will not be able to pick the boat up until the 14th or 15th of May. I can not wait that long, and therefore need to cancel this agreement and request that all deposited funds are immediately returned.

sorry but we can not control mechanical or the weather. first we had a slight accident when a dog ran out in front of our vechile cauing us to take the ditch and hit a cement pylon instead of the dog we had to have our truck towed back from ohio all the way to mn to fix it.we were stranded in a ice and snow storm in pa. and then the fuel pump went out and unforunfornately it took 3 days because it was a special order being stranded in a small town, i can document this to anyone that wants me to

Kept telling me their truck had broken down after they were supposed to be here to pick up my stuff. I had to call & email numerous times to get any type of response. This was a horrible experience. Now I have wasted 2 weeks waiting for them to show up & I still need my items delivered!!
