Freight Damaged, Purchased “insurance” for $70 from them and they claimed they didn’t do the damage. They transported two plasma TV’s on their sides. Refused any type of resolution. They are still in possession of one of the TV’s, with a civil case pending.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
I was phoned by the seller of the item and he was disappointed that they looked at it and could not pick up as planned. I phoned and as usual could only leave a message. We phoned back and they didn't notice the size and how pristine it was. They felt they could handle it at the end of June but called it an escalade and they would be going east. I called and called and finally changed carrier with another Uship please Western Union the $81.75 and $350 downpayment to me . thanks John

Response from FORGOODNESSFREIGHT: We wanted your item not to be too close to anything in the trailer. We felt since you put that we had till June 30th to get it to you that we would pick it up next trip through and still get it to you in your time frame Instead you hurried and got a cheaper shipper and went with them. So it was not that we couldnt do the shipment you just wouldnt let us do it in the time frame you gave us, and also went with someone cheaper to get out of paying for it.
