The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
The service provider never showed up at our home, never called and never refunded our money. All the phone numbers they provided to uship and paypal don't work. Uship has also not refunded our money although we told them of the incident three weeks ago.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
They accepted a 35% deposit after we agreed to all terms. Since doing so it has become impossible to reach them and they have failed to contact me. Due to significant loss, impressive ease of taking my money and total ignorance post-payment I am to conclude that this service provider is simply a scam. This has also brought in to question, personally, the credibility of uShip as I have not received response to my dispute in 2 days when informed that it would take "up to 24 hours".

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
After many attemps to get more information on the service provider I was not able to. The Service Provider contacted me and told me he was having trouble with PayPal and wanted me to hold off on paying the deposit. I am very uncomfortable with this situation and want to find someone else to get this move done for me.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
3 seperate dates were scheduled for shipment. All dates were a no show. This went on for 15 days. Was never contacted other than when company needed deposit. Company responded by email only, and to about 10% of my emails. Company had no other contacts, phone number provided did not work, and would not give me alternate number or any other means to communicate. I had none to speak to and emails were not fully answered if at all. Company promised 3 new dates after rescheduling the first date fo

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Contacted the provider more than 10 times over a 5 day period both by phone and e-mail. Phone number was never answered. E-mails were never returned once bid was accepted.
Need a refund of my deposit.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
Obviously this company has an agenda in place that requires you to give them cash up front for services that you are not certain they can perform. Even though I am s psypsl member, the fact that my funding wouldn't be his hands until the day when they arrived to pick up my shipment, that was not good enough. When someone asks you to transfer cash directly into their bank account without any verifiable references, something is very wrong. I would not recommend anybody doing business under these c

Response from FMMovers: Shipper was given a contract and was instructed that payment must be recieved 5 days before pickup shipper paid on Friday via paypal and items were to be picked up folling Wednesday I explained to him that paypal doesn't transfer funds over the weekend he wanted to keep his current appointment I instructed him that we have a corporate account with Bank of America and he could deposit his funds using that source he said that he felt uncomfortable so he decided not to use us at this time-FMMovers
