Tommie is a very good man and worked hard to overcome issues with weather and illness. He was honest and very careful, a very professional person. I hate the bad luck he had with his illness and the weather but he made up for the dealy in being kind and taking the extra step to deliver that piece to me personally.

Sorry but I no longer need these items shipped. The person I was getting the furniture from was moving and I had to get them right away. I went ahead and made the trip myself to pick them up, after I couldnt get ahold of you yesterday, (not fault of the provider) just needed to act in a hurry.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I Nor the seller have heard from this person since 1/8. He has not returned my emails or arranged to pickup the bed. The seller and I are both flexible but that of course does not mean a someday pickup. I was required to pay 50% up front and have filed a dispute with paypal. While this provider has a good feedback a look at the reasons for all of the cancelations should put up red flags. I want my money back and I will find another shipper.

Response from FMAN: A full refund was made. I was in the area on 1/8/08 ready and willing to make the pick up. After numerous calls it was determined that the seller was not available. I spoke with both the seller and the buyer. When asked I told them that I would be back in the area in about a week in a half with delivery in 24-48 hours after pick up. I havebeen on the road making deliveries and pick ups since that time. I am ready and willing to follow thru as previously promised and discussed. Just be clear.

I am leaving a positive even though it took Tommie over 3 weeks to deliver the item and he had zero communication. My buyer finally made contact and apparently he was ill. I will show mercy due to circumstances. Thankful I had an understanding buyer. All is well.
