Update!! Tommy was able to pick up my furniture and did thoroughly explain where the breakdown in communication occured. I am very happy to report that my parents were very impressed with his work tactics and care for my items. He also called me directly, en route to speak with me about my concerns. Apparently the person I spoke to in the beginning was not the person who actually picked up my furniture,so essentially,we were not on the same page. It's working out just fine!:-) TKW

Tom, the shipper from the furniture man did an excellent job at communicating the shipment, took expert care at getting the piece picked up and delivered with a truly professional handling most other shippers wouldnt take the time to do! Very impressed! Would use the furniture man again for other shipments!
