Very poor communication in setting original agreement and scheduling. Did not pick up when he said he would be at the pickup end. MOST IMPORTANTLY, a critical aspect of this shipment was delivery during an 8 day window when we would be in town. This was well established before an agreement was reached. FAILED to deliver during period or call and notify us. Finally reached him late the day before we were leaving. Had to make late night call on neighbor and leave car out of garage. UNHAPPY!

The original listing for the shipment stated "Time Frame: No Specific". The bid was accepted based on the LISTING. To create new parameters outside the stated listing is somewhat unfair.
WE WORK VERY HARD TRYING TO MEET THE NEEDS OF OUR CUSTOMERS.
Even the best jugglers drop a ball sometimes. In this case we delivered the ball per the listing.

FMAN (tommie) was awesome!!!very pleasant to work with--he delivered a small shipment for me and was communicative and conscientious--called me when he got tied up in traffic to let me know he would be a little later than he planned. furniture arrived in excellent condition. i would certainly request him in the future, and you should also. if you are looking through various profiles to determine who to use, give him a shot. you will not be sorry!!!!

Steve is a fair and honest man, you makes sure that the job is done well and for a fair price. He protected by furniture as if it was his own. He communicated wit me every step of the way. He arrived ahead of schedule. He went so far out of is way waiting for me, in order to accommodate me. Steve is a hardworking man, and is amazingly kind hearted and generous with the most precious thing he has to offer, his time. An amazing human, who is there for his customers every step of the way.

Tommy is great! Moved heavy furniture for me--two sleeper sofas, a double reclining loveseat, two large file cabinets. A real professional--even traffic delays, bad weather, and long hours didn't daunt him. Cheerful even at 2:45 a.m.! I learned a lot, too. A shipper is neither a courier nor a mover, but a specialty in between. I'll call Tommy again anytime I need a shipper!
