Not the greatest at communicating. I left 3 messages and an email trying to get in touch and figure out the exact date of the pickup. I received no response until a couple days before the pickup. However, in the end the transaction went smoothly and I received my shipment in good condition.

This was my first time with Uship. Within days of posting my request, my furniture was picked up in Virginia and delivered in Georgia. It took a few phones calls, a late night pick-up (both parties' preference)and a courteous and professional mover, Tommie. No problems, no complaints.
