A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Shipper gave me less than 24 hrs. notice of pick-up time and I was unable to have someone there to meet him for pick-up. He did not give me a working phone number and I could not reach him to notify him. He never contacted me after that for another pick-up.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
This shipment was supposed to have been delivered nearly a month ago. The provider picked up the shipment, but experienced vehicle difficulties en route, requiring rescheduling. Have been trying to contact the provider for 10 days to reschedule, but can't reach him: He lists 2 phone #s: One rings through to voicemail, but generates error message that "mailbox is full." Other # (toll free) rings to error message that the "# has been disconnected." Have emailed three times and still no answer.
