There was a pick up scheduling misunderstanding from the beginning, but Chris made it right. Shannon was the actual driver, he was great. Will definitely use FCC in the future. My boat was very well taken care of from start to finish. Chris sends pics of the boat when it is loaded and ready to go. They are also very good at keeping you updated while in route to the destination. Good experience. Thanks, guys!

At first I was a littlle nervous because u ship doesn't allow contact until bid is accepted. The Q&A you don't get a rapid response. I am so gLad that we chose this company. Chris was.really nice but Tim our driver was absolutely top notch all the way. The contact was wonderful he sent a pic once boat was loaded. Sent messages to update.The best was he was hours early and really spent personal time with us. Thanks Tim :-) your the best would tell every one to use this company!!

Best shipper ever!!!! Chris always answered the phone and had things arranged quickly for loading and transport of our 15, 000 pound express cruiser. Driver Tim went above and beyond the call of duty every step of the way, and was always available for my calls and questions whenever I needed. Catered to my schedule and budget, yet didn't compromise anything on their end. Absolutely topshelf professionalism and customer service I haven't had in years. I won't use anyone else. Thanks guys!!!!

Shipped a 33 Freeman from Charleston to Cut Off, Louisiana. The boat was delivered in perfect shape and right on time. Ken was professional and polite. He took time to answer all the childrens questions. A job very well done.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The truck could not be picked up on the date the service provider wanted to pick up due to the seller having a family emergency and had to leave town. I tried to get the provider to pickup at a later date but he was unable to do so because he was booked. I am sorry this could not be worked out.
