Communication was excellent and pickup and dropoff times were exactly as agreed (actually, slightly ahead of schedule). His truck was clean and well maintained as would be expected of someone who takes himself seriously. He had insurance and a CDL and I was quite comfortable giving him $19,000 of rugs to deliver for me. I would call him again in an instant. He maintained communication throughout the entire process and our $5000 leather sectional couch was delivered flawlessly! He even arrived within 10 minutes of the estimated delivery time which was calculated 5 days earlier! Upon arrival, he stayed to help us unwrap the sectional and arrange it in our living room and was kind enough to help us carry the packaging to the garage! Above averge professionalism!
