This is the worst job we ever got ourselves involved with. The driver is very stupid and very irresponsible. $39,500 Mercedes car was badly damaged with the exhaute bent downward and the bumper were scrape all over and the driver was claiming right and oversight. It's a disaster to ever use this driver again. I will be posting of picture in my facebook and a warning to everyone.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We spoke with the contact at the pick up location and verifed that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Then we dispatched a carrier to pick up the vehicle. When the carrier arrived to pick up the contact said something was wrong with the vehicle and is now not ready to pick up. Our carrier left without the vehicle. We do not have another carrier scheduled on this route as of now.

It was not indicated up front that uShip is not an acceptable form of payment for them. I do not want an account credit under any circumstances. If this shipper can not accommodate this shipment after bidding on this auction they should be charged for any cancellation penalties or fees resulting from such. Please credit my AMEX back for the full amount ASAP.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The owner of the Company, Matt, stated that he could have it picked up on August 1st or 2nd for a delivery date aimed at August 7th (understanding it was needed by then). I received a call on August 2nd that a pick up on August 6th or 7th was the best they can possibly do (rather than delivered on those dates). Apparently they couldn't even do that because I received the cancellation request. Not happy with their bush league service.

We had the order for 5 days and could not move this. I explained to the customer that I was willing to do whatever it took to make it move, including him finding someone else. I didn't want to hold him up.
