Everything went exactly as planned. Only had a small issue with the location of the non-running vehicle, which added a day to the drop off date... but was not an issue. Thanks!

The Shipment was delivered in accepted condition except that COMMUNICATION was very poor and lack of customer service and lack of courtesy call for update on shipment. (Note: Truck driver can't speak English) Nevertheless, if you are looking for less expensive shipment, Evergreen can get you nice quote ONLY if you can deal with communication problem and lack of customer service!! SAVE YOURSELF AN HEART ATTACK FOR POOR COMMUNICATION!!

For: 1960 Mighty Mite Jeep
No Detailed Feedback Available Shipper requested a deposit which was sent via paypal. Shipper knew of the deposit,yet contracted with a driver at a price that exceeded the balance due by $90. Driver would not release MY vehicle without the extra money. Evergreen resolved the overcharge in a timely manner and completed the transfer within the projected window that they promised at bid.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Our payment terms stated in the bid: The price quoted is our Cash price. It includes a 10% discount. The balance is due when the order is finalized with a check over the phone or fax. Order Notes: He also only wanted to pay the deposit, but I told him that unfortunately I could only accept full payment. He said he didnt have that much money in his account right now so he didnt know what he was going to do. He said that he would call back after he got the money in his account.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Talked with customer, first time using Uship. Asked when we'd be there to pick up. Explained 1-7 typical and I could give him pick up/drop off dates as soon as we have carrier assigned. Customers company wont cut a check until they know when its being picked up. Talked about re-submitting a bid for expedited services. Customer wanted to cancel. Our Bids state that payment is due when then order is accepted. This cancellation should not go against us as the customer should have been aware.
