The customer misrepresented the shipment Broker stated she did not want to go the common carrier route and I informed her that we are only a common carrier service provider on Uship. Broker forgot to mention no cross docking with the skid posted on Uship. Need to cancel shipment. TY

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I am no longer able to accommodate this customer's shipment, there was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved and customer never provided an exact weight for shipment which makes it hard to quote out materials with it being classified by weight per cubic ft. Customer also stated he will not pay a cent more after we collected the Credit Card Release Form for a Residential Pickup Service which was clearly misrepresented in posting stating it was a Business/Commercial a

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I have no idea the reason for cancelling the load. I am not going to pay for a something I had zero controll over. Also Entourage logistics didnt even no that the pick up was missed. I am the person that told them.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider With this shipment I moved on a carier at the requested rate 800.00 Entourage Logistics is a broker for three diffrent companies after talking with Ryan Amensen direct, Entourage are agents for Landstar, Ranger and E.L. Hollingsworth & Co. At the time of Entourage accepted the load he was not sure who it will go on. his quoted rate for using a (non-common carrier) was 1600.00 I was able to ship this with a direct carrier at 800.00 with 1 pick and 1 drop no transload(customers request)

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I sent messages stating that a lift gate would be required at both ends and told them that if they can't do this at the price then cancel. The bidder didn't ask any questions about this. This shipping company did not respond after sending them multiple emails for clarification.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service providers could not handle these as expected, somewhere along the line they were put as marine engines and they are just machine covers. The lenght makes it hard to do in a closed van but not impossible, a flatbed would be the better solution. I am very frustrated and so is the shipping party on the other end.

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped I purchased this item on Ebay. After the purchase, the seller said they could not arrange shipping for the agreed upon price of $400, so I arranged for the shipping through Uship for $600. Now the seller on Ebay says they are unable to crate the item for the shipment. They wanted to simply wrap the item in a blanket for shipment. The Ebay transaction was cancelled by the seller, so I now have no item to ship and need to cancel my Uship transaction also. Thank you Dave Dulinski
