The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The service provider missed my request for an open top truck as required by shipper, and I mistakenly thought the items being shipped were palletized. Shipper needs to load with a crane, and cannot load in a box trailer. Provider cannot supply an open truck. Provider was very quick to respond to my request for a bid,and bid a very fair price. He tried to accommodate the needs of the shipper, but was unable.
