Express Freight and Transport (EFT) was paid for the transport of two vehicles, but refused to pay the transport company they hired to do the actual transport. My cars were held for ransom by the transport company until I paid them directly. In addition, EFT received a double payment from my bank and never refunded the additional money. Express Freight and Transport and its owner "Tommy" are totally dishonest. They are now under investigation by the Dept of Transportation.
